What To Expect

Veterinary services in Stockbridge, Georgia – delivered with courtesy and respect!

As a new client of Hudson Bridge Animal Clinic, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly and checked in for your visit by one of our receptionists.

In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will usher you into an examination room where they will ask you about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit.

Once our technician has gathered this information and obtained any preliminary samples necessary for the visit, one of our veterinarians will then examine your pet. The veterinarian will ask further questions and may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once any testing is completed, most of which can be done in the practice, the doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted. Please feel free to ask any questions you have at any time during your visit. We want to make sure that you are informed and comfortable with the care we are providing.

At the end of your visit, the veterinarian or veterinary technician will go over details of the treatment plan and any medications or treatments that were recommended.

Our receptionist will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up appointments.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time. Although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times when delays are inevitable as we provide urgent or intensive care for a patient in need. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should the need ever arise. We will work hard to ensure that any delays are minimized as much as possible.
